The necklace charm is only 13mm in diameter (about the size of a penny), so it's best to stack your design instead of going long. This will allow the design to take up more of the charm's circular space.

It's tempting to put as much detail as possible, but keep in mind that the necklace charm is only 13mm in diameter. Too much detail will get lost when shrunk down to size.

What is your return policy?
Customized products are not eligible for a return. Unused pieces can be returned within 30-days of delivery.

When will my order arrive?
We try our best to get your piece completed and shipped within 3 days. However, since each piece is handmade we allot 7 days to production. Once shipped it can take 3-5 days for delivery by USPS.
