Return Policy

Customized Pieces

Customized pieces are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If there is a defect with your customized piece, please reach out to return@pipandpetal.com detailing the defect. We will get back to as soon as we can and address the issue.

Returns

We accept unworn pieces to be returned within 30 days of delivery. We are so sorry you didn't love it. Please reach out to return@pipandpetal.com to initiate your return process. After mailing your unworn piece back to us and we receive your item, please know it may take up to a week to see your refund process.

Exchanges

We really want you to be smitten with your special piece. If you would like to make a change to your item, such as necklace length or color, we will exchange your item within 30 days of delivery. Just mail it back to us and we will get you what you need.  Please reach out to return@pipandpetal.com to initiate your exchange.
