Production Times
Each order is handmade by our small team, we try to keep a fast pace but know there may be a delay before your item is made and shipped. For a good estimate, add 2-5 business days to your shipping time.
Domestic Shipping
When you purchase shipping priority or a faster shipping option, we also make an effort to expedite it through our production times accordingly. If you have already made your purchase and need to upgrade your shipping please send us an email at support@pipandpetal.com.
US standard 3-5 days* - $3.95
US priority 2-3 days* - $9.95
US express 1-2 days* - $29.95
US second day air 2 business days* - $34.95
US next day air 1 business day* - $44.95

International Shipping
International shipping times vary greatly depending on destination, but typical shipping time is around 7 - 14 days. When packages are shipped internationally, there is a possibility customs will hold onto the package up to 45 days (although this is uncommon).
Custom and duty fees vary by country, please check your country's custom and duty policies prior to purchase. Custom and duty fees are not reflected in our pricing and are the responsibility of the customer.
