What if I want something I don't see on the site?

Why does my order take up to a week to process?

All of our pieces are hand stamped and assembled.  This type of craftsmanship takes time and we make sure to try and do things right.

Does your jewelry contain nickel?

Our rose gold fill chains have a base layer of nickel. If you have an allergy to nickel, please avoid getting a rose gold fill necklace and opt for a gold fill or sterling silver color.

While it isn't on the top level, over time it can become exposed just due to normal day to day wear and tear.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this has caused, we are working towards being completely nickel free soon.
