Production Times
Each order is handmade by our small team, we try to keep a fast pace but know there may be a delay before your item is ordered and made. For a good estimate, add the following timelines to your shipping selection for an estimate of when your order arrives.
Non-personalized pieces *** 2-5 business days
Orders with expedited shipping *** 2-3 business days
USPS Shipping Times
When you purchase shipping priority or a faster shipping option, we also make an effort to expedite it through our production times accordingly. If you have already made your purchase and need to upgrade your shipping to make your piece arrive faster, please do so here and contact us at support@pomblossom.com.

Returns
We accept unworn pieces to be returned within 30 days of delivery. We are so sorry you didn't love it. Please reach out to support@pomblossom.com to initiate your return process. After mailing your unworn piece back to us and we receive your item, please know it may take up to a week to see your refund process.
Exchanges
We really want you to be smitten with your special piece. If you would like to make a change to your item, such as necklace length or metal tone, we will exchange your item within 60 days of delivery. Just mail it back to us and we will get you what you need. Please reach out to support@pomblossom.com to initiate your exchange.
